Career Coaching
Career Coaching is designed to help clients take ownership of their professional journey and reach their potential. Through personalized one-on-one coaching sessions, our career coaches work with clients to identify their strengths, clarify goals, and build confident job-search strategies. Career coaches are able to help translate experience into Canadian labour-market language, map transferrable skills, and set achievable milestones so every participant can move from job seeking to career building. Coaches are able to support individuals in building the skills, confidence, and mindset needed to adapt to change, pursue advancement, and align their career aspirations with their skill sets and passion.
Credential Evaluation & Accreditation Services
Credential Evaluation and Accreditation Services supports clients with international education backgrounds in having their academic credentials formally recognized in Canada. Through an external partnership with World Education Services (WES), specifically the WES Gateway Program, individuals can have their education reliably validated and assessed.
The WES Gateway Program is designed to help individuals who have been displaced by political unrest, conflict, or nature disasters. It ensures that their qualifications are acknowledged and valued, opening pathways to employment, further education, and professional growth.
Currently, individuals from the following nine countries are eligible for WES Gateway evaluation: Afghanistan, Turkey, Syria, Ukraine, Iraq, Eritrea, Venezuela, Sudan, and Palestine.
By offering credential evaluation and accreditation support, the Future Ready Initiative helps internationally educated individuals continue their careers with confidence and contribute their valuable expertise to our communities.
Vocational Training Opportunities
To keep skills current, FRI connects clients to in‑demand courses, apprenticeships, and micro‑credentials. We help identify the right program, secure grants or bursaries, and coordinate schedules so training fits real life. This approach allows participants to receive targeted support that aligns with their specific career goals, skills gaps, and learning styles. Thie ensures training is relevant, immediately applicable, and tailored to each individual's professional journey. The result is affordable upskilling that leads directly to emerging job opportunities.
Whether building foundational competencies or mastering new tools and techniques, vocational training opportunities empower clients to strengthen their expertise, increase confidence, and prepare for job-ready careers.
Partnership Identification & Mobilization
We curate opportunities with employers, industry groups, and community agencies and organizations to bring Future Ready Opportunities to you.
